Which systems can you connect?
Any system with a usable connection: its own link to your platform, a maintained connector, or an API or webhooks. We do not keep a list of supported products: we confirm what is possible when we scope the work, before you pay for anything.
Can you connect the store I already have?
Yes, if the platform exposes an API, which Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and OpenCart all do. We do not need to rebuild your store to connect it.
What if a system has no API?
We say so at scoping and suggest an alternative, such as a file export or a different tool. We do not promise a connection that the other system cannot support.
Who pays for the other systems?
You do. Subscriptions, licences and usage fees for the systems we connect stay with you. Our price covers scoping, building, testing and documenting the connection.
How are integrations priced?
A standard connection, which configures and tests an existing connector, native link or app, is from $1,200. A custom API connection, where nothing existing fits, is from $3,000. Both are quoted after a short scoping call, and integrations that are part of a Scale build are included in that quote. The pricing page lists both.
Who looks after the connection once it is live?
At handover it is built, tested and documented, with 30 days of free fixes. Ongoing care is available through a Growth plan as a quoted extra.
